EXHIBITOR vs. CONFERENCE SPONSOR

A Conference Sponsor for the conference will receive sponsor recognition based on the monetary fee provided. Sponsorships for CASE V range from $1,000 and include premium exhibitor space when a $12,500 exhibitor commitments made by Sept. 1, 2011.

An Exhibitor at the conference will receive booth space in our exhibit hall, name recognition in the conference program and the attendee publication as well as access to registered attendees.


Exhibitors also receive:

A listing in the conference attendee directory that is given to all attendees at check-in (you must be registered by noon October 21, 2011).

A listing in the conference program (commitment must be received by noon October 21, 2011).

Two registered attendee lists in an Excel format.
*The first electronic list of conference attendees will be e-mailed five business days after the close of the advance registration deadline. This will allow an Exhibitor the opportunity to do one pre-conference and one post-conference mailing to attendees.
*A second and final list will be sent five business days after the close of the conference and will provide you with a complete roster of attendees, including on-site registrations. This is a one-time only complimentary rental of these lists. (Please be advised that Per CASE policy, e-mail addresses are private and are not distributed.)

What is included when you register as an exhibitor?

  • A 10’ X 10’ BOOTH in the exhibit hall
  • Registration for two company representatives (additional reps can attend for $160)
  • 1 – Identification sign
  • 1 – 2’ X 6’ draped table
  • 2 - chairs
  • 1 - wastebasket

Please Note – The exhibit hall is carpeted however, electricity is not included. Resource Center space is prioritized by sponsorship levels and previous conference attendance. We will do our best to accommodate all requests for specific booth space and but requests cannot be guaranteed.

Set-up:

Tear Down:
Tuesday, December 13, 2011 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM

IMPORTANT: Your commitment as an Exhibitor requires that you stay until the exhibit hall closes at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 13, 2011. If you break down early, we reserve the right to decline your registration for the next year.

Take advantage of volunteer opportunities!

Become a member of the 2011 CASE V Conference Team by volunteering during the conference. Volunteers are needed as sessions hosts and staff for the Registration Desk, and the Local Hospitality, and Evaluations areas.
