The CASE V Board of Directors and Conference Committee work hard to keep conference costs down. Get the best rate when you encourage colleagues to register with you to take advantage of the group discount (five or more from the same CASE member institution.)

The deadline for early registration is Nov. 2, 2011. Registrations received after that date will be subject to the fees indicated. Registrations cannot be accepted without payment of fees, and payment may be made by personal or institutional check or personal or institutional credit card.

One-day registrants who register on-site must provide payment when registering.

2011 Conference Registration Fees. Full-conference fees include daily sessions, roundtables, continental breakfast Monday and Tuesday, refreshment breaks, and the Opening Keynote on Sunday.

NOTE: The CASE V Grand Luncheon on Tuesday is an additional $30 per person.

Conference registrations via mail or fax must be received by 5 p.m. Friday, Nov. 18, 2011. Online registration will remain open until Dec. 2, 2011. Attendees registering after Nov. 18, 2011 will not be included in the conference directory.

Group discount

A $10 per person discount on the full registration fee is available to groups of five or more from
one institution. For the group rate, all eligible registration forms must be received in one batch;
single registrations are not eligible for the group rate even when five or more people from a given institution are already registered. To be as fair as possible to everyone, there will be no exceptions.

Receipts

Your canceled check is your receipt. Conference registration confirmation will be e-mailed or faxed to the number provided on the registration form within seven working days. Individuals will be asked to make payment in the form of a personal or institutional check if records show no registration materials or fees have been received at the time of the conference.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds may be made on conference fees only. All special event, breakfast or luncheon fees are non-refundable. All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing and received no later than 5 p.m. Friday, Nov. 19, 2011. Written cancellation requests will be accepted by fax at 202.624.1766 or CASEDistrict5@meetingmgmt.com.

For further information, call 202-624-1762. To maintain a low cost per registrant, CASE V is unable to offer refunds after 5 p.m. Friday, Nov. 18, 2011, for any reason. No refunds due to injury, illness or inclement weather. Conference registration may be transferred to another member from your institution.

When you arrive

Get your program, name badge, and other conference materials at the Registration Desk. The registration desk, in the River Exhibition Hall Promenade on Level 1 of the Sheraton, will be open:

* "Member" refers to institutional — not individual — membership in any CASE district.

Wear your name badge

Be sure to wear your name badge during the conference. You must have a name badge to be admitted to sessions, events and the Resource Center. Your name badge and ticket will also be required at the Grand Luncheon Tuesday. Guest/spouse name badges for the Resource Center are available for $50 at the Registration Desk on Level 1.
