Chicago Sheraton Hotel and Towers extends reservations deadline to Dec. 8th take advantage of the CASE V Conference rates

 

Make your Sheraton Chicago Hotel & Towers reservations early. The cutoff date for the room block is November 30, 2011.

Hotel reservations are billed and processed separately from conference registrations. All major credit cards are accepted for payment. The Sheraton Chicago Hotel & Towers, conference headquarters, offers rates beginning at $136 single occupancy for CASE V participants, based on availability. Identify yourself as a CASE V participant. Room rates do not include taxes. All reservations must be guaranteed by sending one night's deposit or by credit card with expiration date.

Make your hotel reservations before Sheraton's room block for the conference ends November 10, 2011.Reservations after Nov. 10 are subject to availability.

Deposit Required

A deposit equal to one night's room plus tax ($156.94) is required. The appropriate credit card information or a check for $156.94 made payable to the Sheraton Chicago Hotel and Towers must accompany this room request. If paying by credit card, $156.94 will be automatically applied to your card after Nov. 18, 2011. This payment is applied to your final hotel bill from the conference. Deposit is fully refundable upon cancellation before Friday, Nov. 18, 2011. Reservations must be made by Nov. 10, 2011.

Check-in/Check-out

Hotel check-in time is 3 p.m. Please provide your approximate arrival time to the hotel, if possible. Check-out time is noon.

The Sheraton Chicago Hotel & Towers has accommodations and amenities to assist persons with special needs.

*PLEASE NOTE: This form is a request for a reservation. Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from the hotel. You will receive your confirmation within two business days of the hotel receiving your request and one night’s deposit.

Become a Volunteer

Become a member of the 2011 CASE V Conference Team by volunteering during the conference. Volunteers are needed as sessions hosts and staff for the Registration Desk, and the Local Hospitality, and Evaluations areas.
