Hotel Registration

Deposit Required

The appropriate credit card information or a check for $153.35 (one night's room plus tax) made payable to the Sheraton Chicago Hotel and Towers must accompany this request for the first night's deposit. If paying by credit card, $153.35 will be automatically applied to your card after Nov. 19, 2010. This payment is applied to your final hotel bill from the conference. Deposit is fully refundable upon cancellation before Friday, Nov. 19, 2010. No refund of deposit after Nov. 19, 2010. Reservations must be made by Dec. 6, 2010.

Check-in/Check-out

Hotel check-in time is 3 p.m. Please provide your approximate arrival time to the hotel, if possible. Check-out time is noon.

Special Access Needs

The Sheraton Chicago Hotel & Towers has accommodations and amenities to assist persons with special needs.

*PLEASE NOTE: This form is a request for a reservation. Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from the hotel. You will receive your confirmation within two business days of the hotel receiving your request and one night’s deposit.

Become a Volunteer

Become a member of the 2010 CASE V Conference Team by volunteering during the conference. Volunteers are needed as sessions hosts and staff for the Registration Desk, and the Local Hospitality, and Evaluations areas.
