Mayfair

It is a $5.4 million privately funded program that offers two years of free tuition to any recent graduate of the Minneapolis and Saint Paul public schools. It also offers intensive advising, a leadership academy and "bridge" scholarships to Metropolitan State University. Enrollment of urban new high school graduates tripled, and retention rates increased.
