Make your Sheraton Chicago Hotel & Towers reservations early. The cutoff date for the room block is Friday, Nov. 20, 2009.

The Sheraton Chicago Hotel & Towers, conference headquarters, offers rates beginning at $132 single occupancy for CASE V participants, based on availability. Identify yourself as a CASE V participant. Room rates do not include taxes. All reservations must be guaranteed by sending one night's deposit or by credit card with expiration date.

Make your hotel reservations before the Sheraton's room block for the conference ends on Nov. 20, 2009. Reservations after Nov. 20 are subject to availability.

Deposit Required

The appropriate credit card information or a check for $132.00 (one night's room plus tax) made payable to the Sheraton Chicago Hotel and Towers must accompany this request for the first night's deposit. If paying by credit card, $150.02 will be automatically applied to your card after Nov. 20, 2009. This payment is applied to your final hotel bill from the conference. Deposit is fully refundable upon cancellation before Friday, Nov. 20, 2009.

No refund of deposit after Nov. 20, 2009.

Reservations must be made by Nov. 20, 2009.

Check-in/Check-out

Hotel check-in time is 3 p.m. Please provide your approximate arrival time to the hotel, if possible. Check-out time is noon.

Special Access Needs

The Sheraton Chicago Hotel & Towers has accommodations and amenities to assist persons with special needs.

*PLEASE NOTE: This form is a request for a reservation. Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from the hotel. You will receive your confirmation within two business days of the hotel receiving your request and one night’s deposit.

Waves, Lobby Level Chicago’s popular Howl at the Moon dueling pianists are coming to the Sheraton! After enjoying Chicago’s finest cuisine, come on back to the hotel for fun, laughs, music and dancing with CASE V colleagues. Start thinking about your requests now –Howl at the Moon pianists play practically anything (including college fight songs!) So don’t head to your room early. The CASE V party has just begun! Wear your school colors; attire is casual.

Become a Volunteer

Become a member of the 2009 CASE V Conference Team by volunteering during the conference. Volunteers are needed as sessions hosts and staff for the Registration Desk, and the Local Hospitality, and Evaluations areas.
