Covering systematic ways to effectively manage prospects in all phases of a campaign. Highlights of the session include: Auditing Your Prospect Pool; Identifying Prospects for Your Campaign; Building the Gift Pyramid; Analyzing and Forecasting Using Prospect Management; and Campaign Reporting.
All APRA workshop attendees may attend the CASE V conference at the CASE member rate. Workshop ONLY is $199.

Registration for this workshop is $100 plus CASE V conference fee.

Learn how to effectively manage prospects, donors and volunteers in all phases of a campaign. Discover how relationship management principles and systems can drive campaign success, from pre-campaign planning through mid-campaign benchmarking and post-campaign analysis. Topics will include campaign and pipeline forecasting, setting and tracking performance goals for staff and volunteer solicitors, and using actionable reports on progress toward campaign objectives.

This session is designed for directors and vice presidents of development, directors and managers of prospect development, relationship management and advancement services, as well as fundraisers and other development professionals interested in understanding prospect management.
