Early Retention Program
The Early Retention Program (ERP) for Institutional Advancement seeks to retain professionals of diverse backgrounds who are new in the advancement field (1-3 years). The program provides CASE member institutions the opportunity to receive additional educational training and gain valuable skills in an array of professional disciplines.
Registration is $100 and covers materials, lunch, and refreshments. All participants are asked to register prior to the on-site conference, activities, and trainings. The participants become part of the ERP 2008 cohort and receive additional training throughout the year:
One day regional conference – December 13, 2008
Online trainings - quarterly.
One day onsite regional training.
Candidates must submit an application, resume, and a letter of reference from their direct supervisor for consideration of the program.
Terms:
The program will last for approximately one year. Each quarter will consist of either a face-to-face meeting or an online training. This year’s pilot program will begin December 14 at the District V conference. All Districts are welcomed to the Early Retention Program.
The deadline for applications is, October 30, 2008. Application is attached. This is not a competitive program. All applicants are accepted as long as there is availability. Send application electronically (including supporting documents) to:

Take advantage of volunteer opportunities!
Become a member of the 2008 CASE V Conference Team by volunteering during the conference. Volunteers are needed as sessions hosts and staff for the Registration Desk, Local Hospitality/Information Center, and Session Host Center.
