Looking for ideas? Want to collaborate with national leaders in their fields? There’s no better place than the River Exhibition Hall, directly behind Conference Registration on the Sheraton’s Lower Level. The Resource Center is the place for ideas and answers. It’s the largest of all CASE exhibit areas nationwide! Refreshment breaks, prizes and fun will be part of an environment featuring dozens of organizations that can deliver products and services to help you advance your programs.

Need fresh ideas? Try the CASE Circle of Excellence Awards display. Copies of award-winning publications will be available to view. (Items are for display only— do not take them as part of the publications exchange.)
Get/share ideas with the CASE V publications exchange
Back by popular demand, tables to exchange your institution’s marketing materials will again be set up in the Resource Center. This is an excellent opportunity for you to showcase your own publications and also gain new ideas from other institutions. Materials will be displayed by categories and available for you to take on a first come, first served basis. Samples include, but are not limited to, invitations, newsletters, programs, annual reports, magazines, etc.
To participate — simply bring up to 50 copies of your materials along with you to the conference registration desk. Make sure your box or package is labeled “Attn: Melanie Harmon, exchange table materials.” Your participation is appreciated and supports CASE (copy and steal everything).
Exhibitor Information
Exhibitor move-in is Sunday, December 9 from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. and dismantle is Tuesday from noon-2 p.m.

*CASE V requests that you remain in the exhibit hall until 7pm on Sunday night and not make group outing reservations until after 7pm so all attendees can attend the resource center opening.
