Learn how one community college used both qualitative and quanitative marketing research to position and brand themselves and measure the results. Colleen Murphy, VP of Enrollment and Marketing, and Mike Baracchini, Director of Marketing for Harper College in Palatine, will walk you through the set up of a comprehensive research study and how that impacted the marketing direction and messages. They will show the evolution of that research and the new marketing strategies over the past several years.
