Hotel Registration

The Sheraton Chicago Hotel & Towers, conference headquarters, offers rates beginning at $129 single occupancy for CASE V participants, based on availability. Identify yourself as a CASE V participant. Room rates do not include taxes. All reservations must be guaranteed by sending one night's deposit or by credit card with expiration date.

Make your hotel reservations before the Sheraton's room block for the conference ends on Nov. 24, 2006. Reservations after Nov. 24 are subject to availability.

Deposit Required

The appropriate credit card information or a check for $148.86 (one night's room and tax) made payable to the Sheraton Chicago Hotel and Towers must accompany this request for the first night's deposit. If paying by credit card, $148.86 will be automatically applied to your card sometime after Nov. 24, 2006. This payment is applied to your final hotel bill from the conference. Deposit is fully refundable upon cancellation before Monday, Nov. 28, 2005.

No refund of deposit after Nov. 24, 2006.

Check-in/Check-out

Hotel check-in time is 3 p.m. Please provide your approximate arrival time to the hotel, if possible. Check-out time is noon.
