Strategic Approaches to Major Gift Solicitation
Chicago X Ballroom
The most successful fundraisers develop solid strategies for their solicitations, make the ask persuasively, and work with the donor's reactions to find an outcome that is rewarding for both the donor and the institution. In this session we'll explore these three important components of the solicitation process. We'll look at the components of a solicitation strategy, help you hone your solicitation style, and brainstorm how to handle common donor reactions.
