Call for Proposals for 2006 Conference

Each year, nearly 1,900 advancement professionals from newcomers to veterans attend the District V annual conference for professional development, networking, and to gain innovative ideas. This year's conference is Dec. 10-12 at the Sheraton Chicago Hotel and Towers.

Professionals in alumni relations, communications and development who are willing to share their expertise are needed to fill slots for nearly 100 sessions presenters and 80 roundtable facilitators. Proposals are now being accepted for presentations.

Our online form is currently unavailable. Instead, please send the following information to program chair Mike Worley at mike_worley@wustl.edu:

• Session title
• Brief description of session
• Sesion type (single presenter; co-presenters; or panel)
• Focus (Development/Fundraising; Alumni; Senior Professionals / Leadership; Marketing/Communications; Management; Two-Year College/Independent Schools; Newcomers; or Web)
• Your name, institution, e-mail address, phone number, and a brief bio

Deadline for submissions is Friday, March 31, 2006. Presenters will be notified by May 15, 2006, if their presentation has been selected. If your presentation is selected, the information you provide below will be used (with editing) in the conference program, Web site, and in other conference promotional material.
