Information for Resource Center Exhibitors

Thank you for your participation in the CASE V conference! The Conference Committee truly appreciates your support of CASE V and we are looking forward to seeing you in December:

Here is some important information for you:

Booth Information

You should have received your booth number in an e-mail message the first week of November. If you are uncertain about your number, please contact Caryn Schultz with additional questions.

Exhibit Hall Information & Hours

GES Exposition Services is handling physical arrangements for the exhibit area. A 10' x 10' booth with identification sign, a 2' x 6' skirted table, two chairs and garbage receptacle are included in your registration. The entire exhibit area now has permanent carpeting, so you will not need to order carpeting for your booth. Additional booth arrangements must be contracted through GES Exposition Services. You should have received a detailed information booklet from them regarding available services. If you have not received the booklet, or if you have additional questions, please contact GES directly at 1-800-475-2098. (Exhibitors will be responsible for the full cost of additional exhibit needs ordered.)

Booth Installation

Installation will begin at 10 a.m. (CST) on Sunday, December 11. Please plan to dismantle your booth on Tuesday, December 13, between 12 and 2 p.m.

Resource Center Hours

Sunday, December 11

The Resource Center (RC) will officially open after the Opening Session/Extravaganza speaker is finished. Conference Attendees will be escorted to the RC for a wine reception. (We are grateful to PRP Wine for hosting the Sunday Night Wine Reception in the RC.) This will be a great time for you to meet and mingle with the conference participants. We anticipate that this portion will begin sometime after 6 p.m. (The opening session begins at 4:45 p.m.)

Monday, December 12

7:30 a.m.-5 p.m. Roundtable sessions (held in the RC) begin at 8am and the last session for the day ends at 5pm.

Tuesday, December 13

7:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Roundtable sessions (held in the RC) begin at 8 a.m. and the last session for the day ends at 12:15 p.m..

Conference Attendee List

You will be receiving a listing of conference attendees the week of November 7. Early bird registration ends this Friday, November 4 and we need to give them some time to enter everyone into the database so you can receive the most up-to-date list as possible.

Hotel/Room Reservations Information

If you need to book a hotel room at the Sheraton, you can find information about our group rates and additional information on the conference Web site. Reservations must be made by November 28 to get the group discount.
