Conference Registration

We're still the best deal around!

The CASE V Board of Directors and Conference Committee continue to work hard to keep conference costs reasonable. You get the best rate when you encourage colleagues to register to take advantage of the group discount, which applies to five or more registrations from the same CASE member institution. Registrations cannot be accepted without payment, which may be made by personal or institutional check or personal or institutional credit card. One-day registrants who register on-site must provide payment when registering.

Registration fees

Register by Nov. 4, 2005 to get the early bird discount! Full-conference fees include daily sessions, roundtables, continental breakfast Monday and Tuesday, refreshment breaks, and the Opening Extravaganza Sunday. NOTE: The CASE V Grand Luncheon on Tuesday is an additional $10 per person.

After November 28, 2005, registration will be on site and late registrants will not be included on registration list.

Registration options

Group discount

A $10 per person discount on the full registration fee is available to groups of five or more from one institution. For the group rate, all eligible registration forms must be received in one batch; single registrations are not eligible for the group rate even when five or more people from a given institution are already registered. To be as fair as possible to everyone, there will be no exceptions. The group discount is available until Nov. 4, 2005.

Receipts

Your canceled check is your receipt. Conference registration confirmation will be e-mailed or faxed to the number provided on the registration form within seven working days. Individuals will be asked to make payment in the form of a personal or institutional check if records show no registration materials or fees have been received at the time of the conference.

Cancellation fees

Refunds may be made on conference fees only. Special event payments cannot be refunded. All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing and received no later than 5 p.m. Monday, Nov. 28, 2005.

Written cancellation requests will be accepted by fax at 330-963-0319. For further information, contact Registrar J. Elizabeth Smith, 773-290-2323 or elizabeth@northwestern.edu. In order to maintain a low cost per registrant, CASE V is unable to offer refunds after Monday, Nov. 28, 2005 for any reason, including weather-related situations.

Get your program, name badge, and other materials at the Registration Desk on the Lower Level of the Sheraton Chicago Hotel & Towers (look for the signs) during these hours:
