Fitness: Everything Matters
Everybody knows that exercise is good for you physically, but there also is a strong body of evidence to indicate that it provides a mental boost as well. Begin each morning at the CASE V conference with a workout that will help you reduce stress, enhance your ability to relax, lift your self-esteem, and burn those extra calories you have consumed while in Chicago!

Fitness arrangements provided by Campus Recreation at DePaul University
The Ray Meyer Fitness & Recreation Center, located in Chicago's Lincoln Park neighborhood, provides the DePaul University community with 120,000 square feet of fitness and recreation participation opportunities. Programs and services include group fitness classes, instructional programs, personal training, intramural sports, club sports, massage, private swim lessons, team challenge, outdoor equipment rental and babysitting.
