While technology helps, content management is really about how people create, share, manage and deploy content on the Web and in other media. E-Gads! My Job has Become High tech!
Sheraton V
When many of us entered the business of university marketing, the Internet, Web, e-mail, e-commerce —maybe even cable TV — did not exist. Today we're expected to be experts in all things "E"— a tough challenge when the rules are changing daily. This session, though light-hearted, will take a hard look at our new e-competencies from several angles: how our jobs have changed, how our constituencies have changed and what we can expect to happen in the foreseeable future.
