Become a member of the 2004 CASE V Conference Team by volunteering during the conference. Volunteers are needed as Sessions Hosts and staff for the Registration Desk, Local Hospitality/Information Center, and Session Host Center. Commitment and responsibilities are small; rewards are great! Volunteering is a wonderful way to get to know more people and to network while making a valuable contribution to the conference.

Registration Desk

Local Hospitality/Information Center
Go to the Local Hospitality/Information Center for the latest program updates, help with navigating around the hotel, and information on Chicago restaurants, attractions and events. Here, the conference message board is located, along with sign-up sheets for special events. Local Hospitality volunteers act as a concierge for CASE V participants. First time to Chicago? No problem! We’d love to have your help. As a local hospitality volunteer, you have a great opportunity to meet your colleagues and get to know Chicago. Session Hosts
Session Hosts are “room mangers.” They make sure that the necessary equipment is in place for the speakers and assist them as needed. Hosts also distribute and collect presentation evaluations. The Session Host Center team compiles the evaluations. If you volunteer, you can host a session you’re planning to attend; therefore, the extra time commitment is minimal.
