The CASE V Board of Directors and Conference Committee have worked hard to keep conference costs down. Get the best rate when you encourage colleagues to register with you to take advantage of the group discount (five or more from the same CASE member institution.) The deadline for early registration is Nov. 5, 2004. Registrations received after that date will be subject to the fees indicated. Registrations cannot be accepted without payment of fees, and payment may be made by personal or institutional check or personal or institutional credit card.

Registration is on site after Nov. 24, 2004, and will not be included on registration list. One-day registrants who register on-site must provide payment when registering.

Cancellation Policy
Refunds may be made on conference fees only. Special event payments cannot be refunded. All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing and received no later than 5 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 24, 2004. Written cancellation requests will be accepted by fax at 330-963-0319. For further information, contact Catherine McGlinch, catherine.mcglinch@so.mnscu.edu. In order to maintain a low cost per registrant, CASE V is unable to offer refunds after Wednesday, Nov. 24, 2004, for any reason, including weather-related situations.
