Fund Raising with Two-Year Colleges: What
Works and What Doesn't
Erie
Lisa Weiner thought that her years of successful
fund raising at Lawrence University, Duke University Medical Center
and St. Elizabeth Hospital Community Foundation had more than adequately
prepared her to take on a part-time job in retirement to establish
a fund-raising program for the University of Wisconsin-Fox Valley,
a two year college of the University of Wisconsin System. Nothing was
further from that assumption. Listen to Weiner describe the challenges
she faces as a seasoned fund raiser in a two-year college. She'll cover
what works and what doesn't , including how do you go about adapting
proven fund-raising techniques and programs that help you raise more
friends and funds?
